In this workshop the objective is to help you become the type of leader who nurtures and inspires your staff and volunteers so that they experience significant personal growth and become passionate about fulfilling your organization’s mandate. The workshop presents a new type of leadership based on a recent book by Bill Locke and Joel Christie, PhD entitled The Nurturing Leader: A Toolkit for every Season of Organizational Growth which draws on the authors’ decades of experience coaching leaders in the non-profit sector to lead their organizations to make a difference in the world.

This highly interactive workshop, which incorporates personalized small group sessions, will help participants gain a clearer understanding of vision–mission–goals-objectives, as well as roles and relationship as they relate to their own division and everyday work. It is also an opportunity to develop skills, which leads to a tighter team, improved behaviours (e.g. increased productivity), increased engagement in decision-making, and improved culture.
