Meticulon

Meticulon is the only social enterprise business of its kind in Canada – training and employing individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) as consultants in the business and technology sectors. Capacity Builders worked alongside Autism Calgary Association to create this unique social enterprise which has since become its own legal entity and began successfully assessing, training and employing consultants with Autism Spectrum Disorder in Calgary. Capacity Builders provided government relations management, proposal writing, budgeting, program management, strategic planning and human resources consultations including recruiting and hiring Garth Johnson (former cofounder and executive at Fotolia and iStockphoto) as the Chief Executive Officer.
