Wycliffe Canada had struggled for decades to create partnerships with major donors in Canada who believed in its vision. At the same time, it had overseas partners waiting to carry out its mandate in remote villages in Africa, South Pacific and the Orient. What it needed was a way to connect the resources in Canada to its overseas partners who were primed to carry out the task.
Capacity Builders helped Wycliffe discover an innovative approach to bridge this gap, while creating a new organization to fulfill this mandate – Global PartnerLink, a $2.5 Million/year international development organization. We assisted the leadership of this new organization to conceive, plan, realize and evaluate its projects, market its services to major donors and enhance its relationships with operating partners around the world.
